How do I apply for an apartment?

Availability may vary, so we recommend calling our front office first before you apply! When ready, you can easily complete the entire leasing process online. Fill out and submit your application. You can even complete the lease for your new apartment online! We are also available on site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.

Where is each community located?

• Arbors at the Park is located at 805 College Hill Road, Oxford, MS 38655.
• The Cottages at Hooper Hollow is located at 2743 S. Lamar Blvd., Oxford, MS 38655.
• The Cottages at Hooper Hill is located at 2901 S. Lamar Blvd., Oxford, MS 38655.

When is the leasing office open?

Monday–Friday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Is on-site parking available?

Yes, we have on-site parking for residents. Arbors at the Park also offers covered parking options.

What floor plans do you offer?

Between our three communities, we offer a variety of three- and four-bedroom floor plans, so you can find the fit that’s right for you!

Do you have an on-site laundry facility?

No — however, all floor plan options are equipped with a washer and dryer.

Do you have a maintenance staff?

Yes, we have maintenance available on site during office hours as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Do I have to be a student to live here?

No, you do not.

How do I pay rent?

You’re welcome to pay at the leasing office during business hours by check , money order, or you can pay online through our resident portal app!

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 4th day of the month.

I’m an international student — what do I need to sign my lease?

You will need your passport and I-20 form. Please call our office if you have any additional questions.
